Named after the Farsi word for "aunt," Khale pays tribute to the guiding influence of our Ali’s beloved aunt, who nurtured a deep appreciation for cooking and exploring new recipes.

Ali was inspired to open her own restaurant in Vancouver with the mission to empower refugee men and women through the power of food, stories and community.
